The first installment in our September issue, page 844, describes the commission, its procedure, the structure of the proposed code and features of Part A of the code—General Provisions. This article covers sentencing provisions, and the final installment, to appear in our November issue, will deal with definition of the various offenses. The study draft discussed here may be modified by the commission in its final report, due November 8, 1970. |
