PIXE-PIGE ANALYSIS OF ARCHAIC EUBOEAN POTTERY

The PIXE-PIGE analysis to which the pair of oinochoai NM56.1 and NM56.2 (see above) were subjected as part of a wide archaeometric examination of the Nicholson Collection confirms that the two jugs are almost certainly of non-Athenian, most likely Eretrian, manufacture.
