This catalogue contains data on the type specimens of taxa erected by W. Bock, A. P. Brown, A. T. King, L. Lesquereux, D. L. MacNeal, J. R. Thomasson, E. T. Wherry, and H. C. Wood, Jr. Geographic and stratigraphic distributions of these specimens are the Carboniferous of eastern U.S.A. and England, and U.S.A. localities of Cretaceous, Triassic, and Miocene strata.
