Summary:Starting from the general form of the stationary metric form of the spacetime which implies conies as 3-paths of intertiai motions of mass points, found in the preceding paper, the form of this metrics was, first, found which provides its signature to be +2. Then, corresponding metrics, was obtained which tends, in infinity, to the flat metrics. Finding the static case, the paper ends by giving metrics whose scalar potential behaves, at large distances, as the Newtonian one and, at last, compares it with Schwarzschild's metrics.
