Eight lines, with seventeen characters per line; small characters in paired lines, with seventeen characters per line. 按明嘉靖十二年世德堂原刻本有顧春跋，稱:「先刑部府君於六子書無不講覈，嘉靖庚寅冬校讐授梓，越癸已夏乃成」，是春父所講覈者，似先有成書，疑非輯自顧氏。按老子有龔世[xie]序，蓋春父所講覈者，即用龔氏纂圖互註本，時代變遷，習尚有異，付梓時因去其圖與「互註」耳。又按顧氏原刻本上書口有「世德堂刊」四字，此本無之，而下書口刻「桐陰書屋校」五字，因知為桐陰書屋翻刻本也。卷內有:「程印仁言」，「補堂」，「秋水伊人」，「思硏齋藏書印」等印記.
