Summary:Object: The effects of radiation of LED and far-infrared ray (FIR) on the structure of pore are clarified. Methods: Replica of cheek skin before and after radiation of LED and FIR energy were analyzed on the structure of pore with digital-microscope. Results: The volume of pore at the inside of cheek was bigger than outside. It was clarified that LED radiation decreased the height of pore. The effect was stronger in blue than red LED radiation. Still more, FIR decreased the volume. Discussion: It was made clear that LED and FIR radiation have the effects of making pore less conspicuous.
