Description
Summary:This study was conducted to establish an in vitro maturation system by selection of efficient porcine serum during porcine in vitro production. To investigate the efficient porcine serum, different types of PS were used to supplement IVM media with or without gonadotrophin and development rates of parthenogenetic activation and in vitro fertilization embryos were then compared.
