Summary:Micro-Abstract We evaluated therapeutic effects through the longtime survival analysis of patients with or without local lymph node (LN) metastatic prostate cancer treated by laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (LRP). LRP plus extended LN dissection was a feasible approach to these patients; many clinical pathologic parameters influenced the postoperative survival results.
