R{sub 3}Mn{sub 1.5}CuV{sub 0.5}O{sub 9} (R = Y, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu) and Lu{sub 3}Mn{sub 3-3x}Cu{sub 2x}V {sub x}O{sub 9}: New noncentrosymmetric oxides related to YMnO{sub 3}
