Description
Summary:Shengli coal, a Chinese brown coal, was extracted with carbon disulfide and the extract was gradiently eluted with n-hexane and ethyl acetate (EA)/n-hexane mixed solvents with different concentrations of EA in a silica gel-filled column. A series of fatty acid amides, including fourteen alkanaimdes (C15−C28) and three alkenamides (C18 and C22), were isolated from the coal by this method and analyzed with a gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.
