Summary:We have studied B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}D{sub s}{sup -}{pi}{sup +} and B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}D{sub s}{sup {+-}}K{sup {+-}} decays using 23.6 fb{sup -1} of data collected at the {upsilon}(5S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB e{sup +}e{sup -} collider. This highly pure B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}D{sub s}{sup -}{pi}{sup +} sample is used to measure the branching fraction, B(B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}D{sub s}{sup -}{pi}{sup +})=[3.67{sub -0.33}{sup +0.35}(stat){sub -0.42}{sup +0.43}(syst){+-}0.49(f{sub s})]x10{sup -3} (f{sub s}=N{sub B{sub s}{sup (*)}B{sub s}{sup (*)}/N{sub bb}) and the fractions of B{sub s}{sup 0} event types at the {upsilon}(5S) energy, in particular N{sub B{sub s}*B{sub s}*}/N{sub B{sub s}(*)B{sub s}(*)}=(90.1{sub -4.0}{sup +3.8}{+-}0.2)%. We also determine the masses M(B{sub s}{sup 0})=(5364.4{+-}1.3{+-}0.7) MeV/c{sup 2} and M(B{sub s}*)=(5416.4{+-}0.4{+-}0.5) MeV/c{sup 2}. In addition, we observe B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}D{sub s}{sup {+-}}K{sup {+-}} decays with a significance of 3.5{sigma} and measure B(B{sub s}{sup 0}{yields}D{sub s}{sup {+-}}K{sup {+-}})=[2.4{sub -1.0}{sup +1.2}(stat){+-}0.3(syst){+-}0.3(f{sub s})]x10{sup -4}.
