Summary: | Systematic calculation of the electric dipole strength in even-even nuclei are performed employing a Hartree-Fock plus RPA approach. For an easy implementation of the fully self-consistent calculation, a finite amplitude method which we proposed recently is employed. We show an importance of low-angular momentum orbit for emergence of low-lying dipole resonances which have a substantial influence on the r-process in supernovae. |
