Description
Summary:To cope with the future large demand on neutron-transmutation-doped germanium of (NTD) sensors, our groups in LUMINEU started a new production line for NTD-Ge. This paper contains details on the NTD-Ge production, resistance measurement and a comparison of the performance in terms of noise and signal-to-noise ratio with an existing sensor contacts. This demonstrates our ability to produce NTD sensors for the desired range of working temperature.
