Nambu Model for Elementary Particles and the Composite Model for Pion
The Nambu model is a dynamical model of elementary particles based on an analogy with the theory of superconductivity. An example of the theory with a finite pion mass, in which the gamma 5 invariance is violated, is shown. It is indicated that the Nambu model can be related to the actual pion-nucle...

Summary: | The Nambu model is a dynamical model of elementary particles based on an analogy with the theory of superconductivity. An example of the theory with a finite pion mass, in which the gamma 5 invariance is violated, is shown. It is indicated that the Nambu model can be related to the actual pion-nucleon phenomena through the previous treatment of the composite model for the pion, while the latter is given the firm foundation by the former. |
