Description
Summary:The Landau-Silin equation for charged Fermi liquids is derived for relativistic systems, within the framework of covariant Landau theory. For Fermi liquids that consist of free quarks the color forces also must be taken into account, and we show how to merge Landau's theory of quasiparticles with the chromodynamical Vlasow equation for the quark plasma, formulated by Heinz.
