Control of Flow Around an Airfoil Using Piezoceramic Actuators
The results of a study indicate that flap-type piezoceramic actuators attached to an airfoil suction surface can effectively increase the lift force and the power efficiency at high angle of attack by directly adding the streamwise movement.
