Description
Summary:The luminescence properties of ferroelastic CsPbCl 3 nanocrystals embeded in dielectric matrix of different crystal structure have been studied. The nanocrystals are formed during high-temperature annealing of crystal matrices activated by lead ions. The nanocrystal sizes are evaluated analyzing the short-wave shift of the free exciton luminescence band caused by quantum-confinement effect. These nanocrystals embedded in dielectric matrix are regarded to be prospective in investigation the action of the confinement effect on the parameters of phase transitions.
