Fluorimetric method for the determination of thiocyanate with 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein and iodine
A highly sensitive and selective fluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of thiocyanate with 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein ( λ ex = 508 nm, λ em = 524 nm) at pH 5.8–6.7.
