Prescribing the System: An Example of Paradox in Incest Treatment
This paper describes the treatment of a depressed, highly enmeshed intact family three years after the disclosure of incest between a father and his pre-adolescent daughter. Specifically, the effects of sequentially implemented paradoxical interventions are examined.
