Recent Topics Related to Ozone Generation Technology in Japan

Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) or silent discharge (SD) is a potential method of synthesizing a great deal of ozone for many industrial purposes. In this paper, we present recent ozone generation technologies using DBD specifically to focus on those in Japan.
