Description
Summary:The genitive in 'the law of Christ' (Gal 6:2) should be understood as explanatory, i.e. 'the law which is Christ'. The concept is explained by Philo's reference to a person as 'a living law', which itself is rooted in a much older and widespread tradition of Hellenistic kingship.
