Summary:In order to investigate the low-temperature properties of the CePd3 system with respect to the onset of coherence, high-field magnetization, temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility and electrical resistivity measurements have been performed on a number of quasibinaries based on this compound. The results indicate that the upturn of the susceptibility at low temperatures is connected with the development of coherence.
