Effect of using amaranth hydrolysate on efficiency of raising weaner pigs
The addition of amaranth grass meal hydrolysate to the ration of weaner pigs at of rate of 10% of mixed feed dry matter increases the digestibility of protein, fat, and cellulose, degree of assimilation of nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus, and rate of growth and development of pigs.
