Summary: | This article is a new proposal for teachers training, who are considered as the main promoter of change in Educative Institutions. Pedagogical updating of teachers in all dimensions, specifically the didactic psycho-sociological one, is unavoidable to assume the complex task of educating adolescents. Initial training is configured as the space of professional consolidation, placing new teachers within a framework for creation of knowledge, professional identity and responsible self-culturisation, without them, educative action is unpractical. The proposed models of professional training are placed in the creative line of teachers collaborative thinking, which is linked to their professional development. These models stand out the implication of practice as a process that generates knowledge, the teachers practice as a complementary action together with the beginning of the profession, with the activity essentially investigative and integrative ofthe academic and professional sector. Also through these models, the acquisiton ofthe teacher's culture is recognised as one of the more complex activities of the university life. The innovative experiences of teacher's training, initiated at the University of Alcalá, only initiated by the University of Extremadura, have meant a good impulse for the creation of a model of educative reflection from the pedagogical knowledge, the professional practice at Collaborative Centres. To train teachers of secondary education is to guarantee adolescents and youth education, promoting at the same time a culture of permanent transformation, professional improvement and continuous search for methods of professional learning, as individuals or as a team.
