Description
Summary:Treatment technologies that utilize natural processes and/or passive components continue to be of interest to many segments of society for a wide variety of applications. New research and applications have continued to improve our understanding of effective design and operation of these systems. This review is organized as separate sections for wetland systems, other aquatic systems, and onsite systems. However, these technologies have many components in common, and considerable overlap of topics should be expected. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
