Looking Back at the Pecos Conference
The Pecos Conference, convened in 1927 by A. V. Kidder at his field camp near the ruins of Pecos Pueblo in New Mexico, eventually became an annual event, meeting in a different location each year. The events of the 1927 meeting are summarized and subsequent conferences looked at briefly.
