Hughes-Wilson offers examples of Military blunders in World War II, the TET offensive in Vietnam, the 1973 Arab-Israeli conflict, and in the Falkland Islands. In each case, it was those who dictated the requirements to the intelligence cycle who were responsible for the blunders.
