Summary:The paper presents the results of numerical analyses of the structures of integrated optics in the form of planar waveguides made of materials with high values of the refractive index n = 2.00 and with an input-output system in the form of Bragg grating couplers. The numerical investigations were carried out by using the FDTD method (Finite Difference Time Domain method).
