Description
Summary:Having as object of study the course of the Executive Secretary of the Federal University of Cear-UFC, this research aims to measure the level of satisfaction of the student body over the course of the Executive Secretariat of the UFC, and for that defined a Global Satisfaction Index - ISG. The specific objectives sought to: 1) identify the factors that promote students 'satisfaction with the course, 2) identify the unfavorable factors to students' satisfaction with the course. The search is quantitative in nature, having been accomplished by means of a survey. Considering the Global Satisfaction Index - ISG, defined for the survey, it was found that, in general, student satisfaction with the course is situated at the "satisfied". As factors favoring this satisfaction, stood out the factors related to management, interpersonal relationships, teaching staff and professional market. Elements related to the support structure stand out as the unfavorable factors for overall student satisfaction with the course. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
