Summary: | Hierarchical assemblies of nanostructured building blocks on conducting substrates are significant for construction of functional devices. Microfluidics is powerful but less exploited tool for spatial organization or growth of functionally sophisticated nanostructures with precise control. In this paper, we introduce a simple but unique strategy for the hydrothermal synthesis and patterned assembly of ZnO nanostructures within microchannels by soft lithography technique. Optical/antireflection properties of such hierarchically structured nanostructures are studied. |
