These organizations engage in the developme: and complex software systems which are also characterized by uncertair the need for extreme precision. A huge amount of knowledge is created during the lif these projects which the organizations need to capture. But, though there are process ; to capture the knowledge created through experience s in one project, they are not shared or Dplied to the next project in an effective manner.
