This results also from the scale of scientific interest what was not a subject for in-depth bibliometric analysis till now. The aim of this paper is presentation of own research results on the sustainable development evolution featured by the axiological aspects of management in the bibliometric approach. For the research purposes there have been selected two principal for effective management value systems, i.e. ethical (which includes: liberty, freedom/dignity, responsibility, freedom of conscience, respect, tolerance, charity, right of dissidence, right of indifference, honesty) and system of basic values (which includes: life, health, survival, happiness, luck, confidence, well-being/wellbeing/life satisfaction).
