Description
Summary:The large Kaakhem magmatic area is distinguished in the Early Caledonian East Tuva zone. It was formed during progressive change of island arc, accretionary subduction, collisional, transform strike slip, and within plate geodynamic settings. Mongush and Sugorakova report geological, geochemical, 40Ar/39Ar geochronological, and SmNd isotopic data on the rocks of the Shuiskii and, in less detail, Maiskii gabbroid massifs.
