Summary:This work's purpose is to put forward the implementation of el plural-integral model in the primary attention in Mexico's health system that speeds the admission of people to these services and guarantees user satisfaction. A critical revision and analysis was made to the subject's bibliography to improve the offer. There are health attention oriented systems being implemented in different countries geared to primary attention resulting in better and more effective results on its population. To improve the quality of primary health attention in Mexico, the implementation of a plural-integral model is proposed in order to allow the patient and its family to freely chose a doctor or attention system that includes public or mixed financing according to each case including a technical certified quality guarantee.
