Summary:The paths of economic development in country scales have been questioned by many different scientific approaches. The impact levels of history located region by broader means of geography for the development of communities are studied under the "new economic geography" phenomenon. The distribution of investments in regional scale and the reasons of created values and their benefits for the economic development are still debated in the economics literature. In this study, the regional distinctions in Trakya region will be argued under the "new economic geography" circumstances. The production facility agglomeration and facts of geographical allocation both influence on regional divergences is questioned in the study.
