Description
Summary:The problem of interpreting results of nonstationary hydrodynamic tests of a vertical well in the presence of an inhomogeneity zone in its vicinity has been considered. It has been shown that the Fourier transform of the seam pressure has complex poles determined by the inhomogeneity parameters. Numerical examples demonstrating the distribution of poles in a complex plane and their contribution to the inverse Laplace transform of the seam pressure are given. In practical applications, the experimental data on the pole parameters can be used to estimate the characteristics of the seam inhomogeneity near the well.
