Summary: | Presents an obituary for Leonore Loeb Adler, who passed away on May 27, 2013. Adler obtained her bachelor's degree from Queens College (1968) and her doctorate in experimental psychology from Adelphi University (1972). She edited or co-edited 18 books, many of them on cross-cultural issues but also on such topics as violence, immigration, and women's issues, and she published more than 70 chapters and journal articles. She was the consulting editor for several journals and managing editor for the International Journal of Group Tensions.
