In response to the letters from Dr Vilke and colleagues and Dr Kunz regarding “Funding source and author affiliation in TASER research are strongly associated with a conclusion of device safety”
Dr Vilke and colleagues also criticize our article for neglecting to provide our determination of each article's TASER funding or affiliation. Because we reviewed 50 articles for analysis, we felt that a table listing funding classification for each would have been cumbersome. [...]we agree who...
