Is the Skin Prick Test (SPT) for milk useful for diagnosis of Cow's Milk Allergy (CMA) in infants?
The criteria of CMA diagnosis were: clinical history, presence of specific IgE for milk (SPT >= 3 mm or RAST >= 3.5 KU/L) and positive oral challenge test for milk (open or double blind placebo controlled).
