IL-33 Mediates Inflammatory Responses in Human Airway Epithelial Cells and Microvascular Endothelial Cells

Correspondingly, we found that IL-33 mediated the production of IL-6, IL-8 and MCP-1 from epithelial cells and microvascular endothelial cells in a dose-dependent manner, but not from fibroblasts or smooth muscle cells.
