Resolution of chronic urticaria following sinus Aspergillus mycetoma removal
After an ENT evaluation, the patient underwent endoscopic surgery that lead to the diagnosis of a left maxillary Aspergillus mycetoma. Since the operation over 6 weeks ago, her urticaria and angioedema have completely dissipated without medications CONCLUSIONS:
