Decrease of the Skin Local Immune Response to Peanut Following Peanut Epicutaneous Immunotherapy (EPIT) in Sensitized Mice
After oral sensitization with PPE and cholera toxin, 20 BALB/c mice received an EPIT treatment during 8 weeks, using PPE skin applications for 24h weekly, 20 mice were untreated (NT) and 20 constituted the control group (C).
