Roasted Peanuts Are More Likely to Sensitize Mice than Raw Peanuts

When mice were sensitized to raw or roasted peanuts and then skin tested with both, we found that mice sensitized with roasted peanut had higher levels of vascular permeability and overall slightly lower level of IgG1, but lower IgE levels than mice sensitized to raw peanut.
