NADPH Oxidases in Johnson Grass Extract (JGE) Induce Intracellular ROS (iROS) in Bronchial Epithelial Cells

Extracellular ROS generated by JGE was quantified by adding redox-sensitive fluorescent dye DCF to JGE or JGE+ N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) and Ascorbic Acid (AA) in the presence of NADPH substrate.
