Conclusions (1) Cell/cytokine network(s) leading to induction of memory IgE responses require CD4+ and CD8+CD60+ T cells, and 6 cytokines, including IL-4; (2) CD8+CD60+ T cells and IFN-α increase or suppress memory IgE responses, depending upon their number/concentration.
