Epidemiology of Medication “Allergy” at a Tertiary Care Center

There were 320,239 patients: 57% females and 43% males, with 80% Caucasians, 11.5% African-Americans (AA), 1.1% Hispanics, 1% Asian and 6.5% 'other' 249,071 adverse reactions (AR) were reported, and 56.1% did not claim "allergy" to medication or other items.
