The Chinese Herbal Formula CUF2 Modulates Th1/Th2 Responses in a Rat Model of Allergic Asthma

In the vehicle-treated rats, a number of characteristic features of allergic asthma, including a significant increase of interleukin-4 (IL-4) in BALF and decrease of Th1 (IFN-γ) and Th2 (IL-4) ratio were observed after ovalbumin challenge.
