Summary:In epilepsy patient sudden death risk is 24 fold much more than normal population. [...]called sudden unexplained death in epilepsy (SUDEP) syndrome. Conclusion We also discussed that the diffusion restriction may results from the frequent seizures in hippocampus which is an important region in sodium channelopaties. Because of typical intermittent ECG patern, faint attacks and family history we suggest her intracardiac defibrillator implantation.
