Comparative analysis of the efficiency of nutrient media for the induction of callus formation for rice hybrids

Data on the effectiveness of the cultivation of rice anthers on the six variants of nutrient media are given; four of them differ from the generally accepted N6 medium by the growth regulators content. It is shown, that RZ and C media in hybrid combinations with the Russian varieties increase callus...

Description
Summary:Data on the effectiveness of the cultivation of rice anthers on the six variants of nutrient media are given; four of them differ from the generally accepted N6 medium by the growth regulators content. It is shown, that RZ and C media in hybrid combinations with the Russian varieties increase callusogenesis six times as compared to N6 medium. The genotypes that are post responsive to the anther culture are allocated.
