Summary:Knowledge management is the set of captured, stored and shared information of the product, process and people in the organization that enhance the overall productivity of the system. Service sector like Infosys, Manufacturing sector like Dr Reddy, Public sector like Government in its ICT (Information, Communication, Technology) programme established knowledge management in their respective spheres. India's farmer is wrapped with various difficulties that prevent him to accept any innovative techniques in the direction of agricultural development. Knowledge that makes blog in the mind of the farmer can be eradicated through suitable policy. Ultimately empowered farmers' community form a green India by flourishing agriculture.
