India's farmer is wrapped with various difficulties that prevent him to accept any innovative techniques in the direction of agricultural development. Knowledge that makes blog in the mind of the farmer can be eradicated through suitable policy. Ultimately empowered farmers' community form a green India by flourishing agriculture.
